Open Learning Architecture: Curricular Resilience for a VUCA World

Open Learning Architecture: Curricular Resilience for a VUCA World

This post links you to an article of mine published in InterACT Magazine in their March 2021 issue. This magazine is only available online, and my article can be found by clicking its title in the Table of Contents, or by turning to page 19 of the online reader.

While it diverges from our normal 1-2-3 Learn format, it provides an important summary of the 10 major design shifts that have fueled our 20+ year development of Open Learning Architecture. If we want equity for teachers and students, we need completely different systems and structures that guide academics. Instead of blaming “the system,” we built a brand new one from the ground up.

The “Download Visual” button above provides you with the two-page infographic spread with the 10 Design Shifts.

Definitely have a swing through the School Rubric website. I am grateful to co-Founders Wallace Ting and Ryan Sagare for the opportunity to share our work that has served schools across five countries for more than two decades.

Thanks for reading,

We’ll let you know when the next post is ready for you!
